Questions

What everyone asks first

How does June know where things are?

You teach her once: tap “Look around” and June turns, reads the signs, numbers and labels she can see and remembers where each thing is. You can also teach one thing by hand by drawing a box on the photo.

Is the dot safe?

Yes. It's a Class 2, eye-safe dot the size of a lentil. June won't turn it on if a person is in its path, and it turns itself off within seconds.

Do my customers need an app?

No. They scan the “Can't find something? Ask June.” sign with their phone and ask. No app, no sign-up.

Where does it go?

High, about 8 to 10 ft up, looking down the aisle so it sees both shelves. It only needs an outlet and your Wi-Fi.

Does it record video?

No. June notices, she never records. The photos she shows are of the shelf, with people blurred.

What if I need help?

Inside the panel, June is in “Help”. Whatever she can't solve goes to the Cravero Robotics team, who reply by chat.
